詹志辉，博士，IEEE Fellow，现任南开大学人工智能学院教授、博士生导师、天津市顶尖科学家工作室副组长，IEEE计算智能学会杰出青年奖获得者（全球每年遴选一位）、教育部长江学者奖励计划青年学者、国家优秀青年科学基金获得者、人工智能领域全球前2%顶尖科学家（年度科学影响力榜单和终身科学影响力榜单）、Elsevier计算机学科领域中国高被引学者、国家自然科学基金委信息学部专家评审组成员(人工智能处重点项目、优青项目和面青地项目)。曾获省级自然科学奖（2020）、省级教育教学成果奖（2020）、吴文俊人工智能优秀青年奖（2017）、IEEE计算智能学会全球杰出博士学位论文奖（2018）和中国计算机学会优秀博士学位论文奖（2013）。
主要研究方向为人工智能、进化计算、群体智能和大模型。目前已在国际期刊和国际会议共发表（录用）论文200余篇，其中IEEE Transactions系列的顶尖国际期刊论文80余篇。论文被国际同行引用超过15000次（Google Scholar），其中包括SCI引用超过9000次。20余篇论文先后入选ESI高被引（全球影响力排名前百分之一）和ESI热点（全球影响力排名前千分之一）论文。获国家发明专利授权10余项。
研究成果得到了国际同行的正面评价和应用推广。被包括蚁群算法创始人（Dorigo）、禁忌搜索的创始人（冯诺依曼理论奖获得者，Glover）、美国艺术科学院院士、印度国家科学院和工程院两院院士（IEEE模糊系统先驱奖获得者，Pal）、加拿大国家首席教授（Pedrycz）、IEEE Fellow等著名学者评价为“令人鼓舞的成果”；被欧洲航天局（ESA）的航天与物理学家唯一推荐为航天设备参数优化新方法；2篇论文被IEEE计算智能学会作为“计算智能出版焦点”进行了推介；多篇论文多次/持续入选IEEE Popular Article榜单；被报道由航天局科学家应用到彗星探测器、月球探测器、水星探测器和土卫探测器等航天器的质谱仪参数优化设计中；同时也被国内外学者广泛应用于芯片设计、生物医学、物理光学、化工生产、图像处理、信号处理等众多领域的优化问题中，推动相关领域的发展。

Zhi-Hui Zhan (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Bachelor’s degree and the Ph. D. degree in Computer Science from the Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou China, in 2007 and 2013, respectively.
Dr. Zhi-Hui Zhan is currently the Changjiang Scholar Young Professor. His current research interests include evolutionary computation, swarm intelligence, and their applications in real-world problems and in environments of cloud computing and big data.
Dr. Zhi-Hui Zhan was a recipient of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Outstanding Early Career Award in 2021, the Outstanding Youth Science Foundation from National Natural Science Foundations of China (NSFC) in 2018, and the Wu Wen-Jun Artificial Intelligence Excellent Youth from the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence in 2017. He is one of the World’s Top 2% Scientists for both Career-Long Impact and Year Impact in Artificial Intelligence and one of the Highly Cited Chinese Researchers in Computer Science. He is currently an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation, the IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence, and the IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems.
